We would like to point out that payment experiences, in particular about undisputed claims and unpaid claims after the due date, as well as debt collection information and address data, if applicable, are transmitted to CRIF AG in Zurich for lawful use as a credit agency. CRIF will use the data to check your identity and creditworthiness and disclose it to authorized third parties. CRIF can analyze payment histories on the basis of mathematical-statistical calculation methods for automated decision-making, in particular for assessing a person's creditworthiness.
